Beond Ibogaine is seeking a trained and experienced Business Strategy Analyst or Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience with strategy consulting, and an interest in psychedelic and/or holistic medicine. This role focuses on market sizing, new service line development, and strategic initiatives to drive growth and innovation. It includes working closely with team members to solve complex problems and deliver impactful solutions.

Beond Ibogaine is thrilled to extend an invitation to a skilled Business Strategy Consultant to join our team in Cancun for a 2-6 week period (or workfully remotely if preferred).

This unique opportunity offers you the chance to immerse yourself in the transformative work we do (including access to participate in daily workshops, yoga classes, and regenerative options like ice baths!), collaborating with our dedicated team of board-certified doctors, ICU-certified nurses, and a diverse range of adjunct therapists.

As a Business Strategy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to develop strategies that achieve a sustainable advantage and performance optimization strategies. Your strong analytical background, experience in strategy consulting, and interest in psychedelic and/or holistic medicine will be essential in driving our strategic initiatives forward. This role focuses on market sizing, new service line development, and innovative growth strategies.

During your time with us, you will work closely with the Beond leadership team, experiencing firsthand the impact of our work and contributing to our ongoing efforts to improve and expand our services. Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Develop market sizing models and forecasts for current and proposed business models.
• Conduct feasibility studies and business case development for new services.

Strategic Planning & Continued Analysis

• Apply a structured problem-solving framework to ensure consistency and clarity in complex projects.
• Develop and refine business strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Focus on achieving tangible outcomes and delivering impactful results for Beond Ibogaine.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategic initiatives.

Project Ownership

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
• Evaluate and develop new service lines aligning with our mission.

Global Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and operational teams to launch new service lines.
• Leverage Beond Ibogaine’s global network to collaborate and access diverse expertise for us in strategic initiatives, including marketing content and new lines of business.

Innovation and Thought Leadership

• Challenge traditional approaches and think creatively to drive innovation at Beond Ibogaine.
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and share insights with the broader team.
• Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, market analysis, or business development.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
