Job Summary
Facilities and Operations is looking for a Project Associate Manager who will be responsible for the management, performance, and completion of F & O projects. This position will work closely with various team members to meet each project's objectives and deadlines.
This position will report to the Business Operations Manager.

This position requires a fully in-person work schedule at this time and is subject to change based upon the duties of the position and the needs of the department.

Responsibilities*
- Responsible for management, performance, and completion of projects under direct supervision.
- Act as the single point of contact and customer liaison, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project activities.
- Responsible for coordination of various process partners, including campus stakeholders
- Facilitate project kick-off meetings with internal staff and key stakeholders to ensure responsibilities are communicated and understood by all parties.
- Develop TeamDynamix ticketing system forms, workflows, automation rules, and reports to respond to service requests.
- Prepare project reports, maintain assigned tickets and communications.
- Request access for and train staff on TeamDynamix ticketing system.
- Evaluate and implement inventory tracking system for the stockroom
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant project management experience in facilities and operations to include developing project scopes and timelines
- Strong computer skills (including Office or Google Suite) and experience using teleconferencing apps.
- Previous Experience with TeamDynamix or similar work ticketing software
