Project Architect / Interior Architect

Exciting, multi-disciplinary firm is seeking a Project Architect to manage and execute projects. You will develop creative and strategic workplace, hospitality, and tech designs while working as a project leader and interfacing with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead construction documentation in Revit/AutoCAD with little oversight.
• Lead projects and design presentations.
• Work closely with lead designer and design team to manage all project phases and keep design intent intact.
• Review shop drawings and submittals.
• Ensure project conforms to contractual agreement between firm and client.
• Prepare project schedule, design fees, project budgets, reimbursable costs, etc.

Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years technical and supervisory experience in the Commercial Interiors field
• Architectural License in California
• Experience working on projects in Southern California
• Excellent experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite
• Strong in preparation and maintenance of all revisions of architectural documents
• Experience coordinating production team in preparation of construction documents.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes
