Project Analyst - New Grads Needed

Our client, a high growth consulting firm located in the mid-cities area is searching for Project Analyst. This firm works with municipal clients throughout Texas and works directly with the mayors and city council members in each municipality. This is a growth track position that requires 0-1 years of experience, a Bachelors degree (in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Math, Data Analytics, or similar), Advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including some experience making presentations or working with clients/customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare internal and external corporate documents, including financial models and project plans.
• Interface with City and County clients
• Communicate findings with supervisors and clients on project specifics.
• Continually expand learning to prepare for upcoming promotional opportunities due to individual and company growth.

Requirements:

• New grad with a Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Math, Data Analytics, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills. (Must pass an online Excel test as a part of the interview process.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience making presentations (or getting in front of an audience), providing client/customer service, or in a leadership position where communication was a critical skill.
• Company provides a very thorough training program for candidates coming into this position. They are not looking for specific experience, other than strong Excel skills, the ability to work successfully with clients, and a motivated work ethic.
