Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Note-Our client is looking for a Project Analyst who can manage meeting cycles, coordinate the projects and is very proficient in creating, or updating slide decks/ presentations. Preferring Banking or Financial Domain, but not mandate

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide program support by-Creating or updating existing slide decks and program material for consumption by audiences at multiple levels. Create effective visuals to effectively communicate complex ideas.
• Facilitating meeting cycles with stakeholders including scheduling, developing agendas, making notes, communicating meeting content afterwards, chasing action items and providing materials in advance of next cycle.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Experience designing effective, graphically appealing slide decks appropriate for executive consumption.
• Demonstrated experience organizing and managing a complex set of meetings, materials, changing schedules and requirements.
• Experience with MS Office, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
