Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Analyst in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will perform technical analysis and project management for business applications within client's core banking systems. Duties & Responsibilities:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Analyst in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will perform technical analysis and project management for business applications within client's core banking systems. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Resolve and coordinate issues with client and software vendors
- Innovate solutions, lead deployments, and ensure technology understanding
- Address application support requests promptly and effectively
- Analyze and troubleshoot application problems, escalating as needed
- Provide daily support, maintenance, and coordination for systems, including monitoring and cleanup
- Manage escalated user tickets for swift resolution
- Communicate updates and issues to stakeholders
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned business units
- Monitor vendor communications for system updates and relay relevant information
- Assist with core system updates, configuration, and testing approvals
- Support IT in identifying and resolving production defects
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Bank systems and software
- Lead updates and upgrades for supported applications
- Engage with application vendors for support and maintenance
- Coordinate maintenance activities with stakeholders and vendors
- Maintain relationships with core processing vendors
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives
- Facilitate requirement sessions and document technical specifications
- Provide guidance, analysis, and process expertise as needed
- Participate in design reviews to align with organizational goals
- Document existing and proposed processes using flow diagrams and perform gap analysis
- Conduct Quality Assurance testing
- Research and test system changes requested by business units
- Create and execute system test cases, document results, and resolve defects with IT teams
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions and coordinate defect resolution
- Collaborate effectively with teams to achieve Company goals
- College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Relevant experience may substitute formal education
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CBAP, or similar Business Analyst Certification
- 3+ years in banking, preferably with Jack Henry - SilverLake system
- 3+ years of IT Project Management or Business Analysis experience
- Experience in third-party business application integration and support (e.g., Wire, ACH, online banking, CRM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
- Strong analytical skills, initiative, adaptability, integrity, and accountability
- Alignment with company values and excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
