Duties
Summary
Serves as Program Specialist for the Financial Operations and Services Office (FOSO), an office within the NASA Langley Research Center (LARC), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), responsible for ensuring Web-based Time and Attendance Distribution System (WebTADS) and Metadata Management (MdM) services reflect the highest levels of program and financial integrity and customer service.

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify for GS-12, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level: Assisting with identifying problems related charging to time and attendance systems or metadata management systems posting in accordance with agency policies and guidelines; Gathering and compiling information to assist with drafting reports related to time and attendance systems or metadata management systems; Supporting the analysis of time and attendance data to provide recommendations to support informed decision-making. To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level: Solving problems related to charging time and attendance systems or metadata management system posting utilizing agency policies and guidelines; Analyzing and preparing reports related to charging to time and attendance systems or metadata management processing; Analyzing time and attendance and metadata management data to provide advice and recommendations in support of informed decision-making.
