We are currently seeking a Program/Project Manager to support PMS 495 for the US Navy working hybrid at the Washington Navy Yard.
What You’ll Do
The Program/Project Manager will deliver program management, acquisition and financial support to the Navy’s Mine Warfare Program Office.
Responsibilities
Work in a team environment to meet client challenges
Provide critical thinking and analysis
Build and maintain essential relationships with direct clients and supporting commands
Provide Financial Management support
Identify, conduct in-depth research, communicate issues and provide resolutions
Attend meetings and provide on-site/in person support as required
Qualifications
Active Secret Clearance
Experience with program and financial management of government programs
Experience with DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution Process (PPBE) process
Experience with consulting and technical advisement
Ability to identify, conduct in-depth research, communicate, and propose resolutions to issues
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Outlook)
Strong organizational skills helping clients manage, track, and report program status
Strong written, editorial, and presentation skills, including preparation and delivery of executive-level briefings and reports
Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
Experience with DoD Acquisition or Navy Program Management Offices
Knowledge of DoD Instruction 5000 series, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, DoD Financial Management Regulation
Experience with Microsoft Project
Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
