You'll fit in well if you: Are a highly motivated self-starter with strong communication skills who can work effectively virtually and in person Are committed to an "ownership mindset" with a high degree of integrity and accountability Can perform in fast-paced environments and operate cross functionally to gain support and achieve results Have a strategic mindset and can easily identify ways to improve existing process and think outside the box to produce innovative solutions Are a client-focused and customer-obsessed problem solver, eager to service and improve environments for our clients Are passionate about mission-based organizations and charitable outreach What you'll do at SOL: Manage the successful implementation and delivery of complex projects across a large ecosystem and role matrix Possess the ability to influence stakeholders and interact with executive level leaders and partners; establish and maintain key relationships with relevant stakeholders across different functional groups Set-up, schedule and facilitate kick-off meetings, on-going project status communications and scrum cadences Analyze project requirements, prepare budgets and schedules; develop business case for project initiation Build and maintain project plan, budget, risk & issues log, document repository and project health and status reports Facilitate project escalations and decisions with relevant stakeholders as needed Establish strong relationships with team, stakeholders and leadership - manage individuals on project team to ensure timely completion of tasks Anticipate and help resolve problems, bottlenecks, and/or scheduling conflicts to ensure project deliverables remain on-time and on-budget Understand relevant technologies and architectures to adequately support project goals and planning (Technical Project Manager roles only) Provide technology, functional and domain support to the project team as needed (Technical Project Manager roles only) What we're looking for: 5+ years in project management, consulting and/or relevant industry Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Project Management tools including MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel Strong analytical and communication skills Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, Smartsheets, Airtable or relevant Project Management tools Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies and their application in project delivery What you'll get: Fully remote, virtual and flexible schedule (client dependent) $2500 referral bonus (subject to 6-months of candidate employment) Opportunity to participate in projects with mission oriented and nonprofit institutions via SOL Goals Opportunity to co-work with other SOL employees in global locations via SOL residency 1:1 personal training and nutrition coaching via SOL Health
