Industry Experience Required: Medical Device Industry or Plastics Manufacturing Industry

Job Summary

The Program Manager will oversee and manage multiple projects within the medical device or plastics manufacturing sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication, while providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and issues.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, monitoring and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations, particularly in medical device or plastics manufacturing.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in medical device or plastics manufacturing industries.
• Experience managing multiple programs concurrently, preferably with solid injection molding and/or electromechanical assembly experience.
• Customer-facing experience with multiple Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs).
• Strong understanding of validations, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and medical qualification requirements.
• Ability to leverage site subject matter experts (SMEs) in sustaining and New Product Introduction (NPI) environments.
