It also gives an opportunity to engage in conversation on areas of improvement and how and when services plan to get to a maturity level based on the program’s recommendations and other quality efforts. This is a hands-on experience in a high-learning and strong collaboration environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Track schedule of deployment reviews, prepare agenda, work with Azure Services PoCs for gathering additional details regarding deployments prior and after review
- Deployment Review meeting Facilitation, capture notes, action items, and cumulative follow-up on action items
- Maintain the calendar for all reviewers and facilitators, holiday planning, and backups
- Provide feedback for any recommended improvements by services or respective follow-up into the program workstreams
- Track and Analyze incidents on a day-to-day basis for services in scope to understand any association with deployments reviewed/not reviewed and provide updates to the team
- Point of Contact for responding to queries from Services in coordination with program leads
- 8-10 overall years of experience in the field
- Facilitation experience
- Strong communication and collaboration
- Experience with understanding criticality
- Strong planning skills
- Meeting and targeting team SLAs
