We are currently seeking a Program Manager to support our customer in Charleston, SC. At FirstDiv, we provide high-quality, professional services to both government and commercial sectors. The qualified candidate shall perform the following tasks:
Assist in a variety of information project management technology design and development tasks, as well as business and management activities
Provide direct work experience in support of Command and Control (C2) and/or Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms
Oversee the design, development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of C2 and/or ISR platforms
Serve as project manager for C2 and/or ISR platforms, including supervising project personnel, scheduling work, writing proposals, preparing bids, and managing equipment and material logistics
Ensure knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures
Requirements
Minimum of 15 years of direct work experience in support of Command and Control (C2) and/or Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms
Minimum of 8 years of direct work experience, including design, development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of C2 and/or ISR platforms
Minimum of 5 years as a project manager of C2 and/or ISR platforms (e.g., TacMobile Program of Record), with concurrent experience in supervising project personnel, scheduling work, writing proposals, preparing bids, and managing equipment and material logistics
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
An active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required to start. Applicants selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
Light to moderate lifting may be required
Regular, predictable attendance is required
