Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of strategic planning for business application solutions, driving impactful projects and initiatives within a dynamic team environment. The team drives strategy and planning for the business application solution area, focusing on FY25 planning and supporting ongoing H2 initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • FY25 planning
  • Support ongoing H2 initiatives
  • Strategy and planning sessions for FY25 and ongoing H2 initiatives
  • Drive action items, meeting recaps, pull communications together, work across, and extend team of people
  • Track deliverable status, interfacing with the field; marketing
  • Delegate tasks and managing workflows during team members' absence

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 8-10 years of Project Management experience - Demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing projects from initiation to completion
  • 8-10 years High-Level Communication skills- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly is crucial for effective collaboration within the team and when interfacing with external stakeholders
  • 8-10 years of Reporting and Data Analysis skills - Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to inform strategic decision-making. This includes a strong understanding of reporting tools, data visualization techniques, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
