Be at the forefront of our data center equipment data definition and collection processes, working closely with teams across the organization to develop and implement a comprehensive global approach to defining and collecting key types of equipment Reliability & Maintenance (RM) master data.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to help meet that demand. This person should be intellectually curious, results-driven, detail-orientated, and highly adept at driving cross-group consensus.

Job Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of STREAM team organization OKRs, ensuring on-time project delivery
• Develop business processes and OKRs, applying a growth mindset for continuous improvement
• Facilitate decision-making to drive solutions and apply influence, and strategies to identify options and recommend solutions
• Apply a ‘growth-mindset’ philosophy to the day-to-day tasks and ensure that any deficiencies identified within the processes/framework are addressed and improvements are implemented
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for delays in delivery and drive deployment of solutions that can be socialized across the broader team
• Work with technical folks to interpret the technical needs into a strategy roadmap
• Take a lead role in planning and coordinating STREAM team initiative planning and execution including data clean-up efforts
• Bridge the gap between STREAM team, engineering, key business stakeholders, and partners
• Coordinate key meetings and activities for team members
• Report project progress, risk matrix, delays, root causes, and mitigations as required
• Ensure data accuracy of your project status across cross-organizational reporting
• On-time delivery of key project milestones and deliverables
• Tracking and reporting of OKRs, KPIs, and service metrics
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 3-5 years of experience in business management, strategy, project/program management, or business-related roles
• 2+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• 3+ years of Technical knowledge (Spreadsheets/Excel) experience
• 2+years of Program management software (PMI) experience
• Experience with Office platform software (MSFT 365)
• Strong collaborator, working closely with multiple teams and subject matter experts in program and project management
• Strong analytical, creative thinking, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to apply critical thinking in complex situations
• Experience with corporate communications
• Able to deal with ambiguity and complex, matrixed, & fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of the Data Center industry, operators in the region, and market dynamics is preferred.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced/competitive environment, and have a deep desire to work collaboratively, solve problems with groups, find win/win solutions, and celebrate successes
• Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and work independently to derive actionable solutions
• Ability to collaborate across the globe with diverse teams
• Strong communicator with both words and data - you understand what it takes to go from raw data to something a human understands
• Familiarity with Kusto queries
