Hiring Remote Program Manager III for the Largest Social Media Client in the United States

Job Title: Program Manager III

Duration: 12 months

Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate lab and site-related projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing workflows.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
• Analyze site and asset data, facility functions, and XFN processes to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with site and lab teams, governance boards, and XFN teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend improvements to reach agreed-upon milestones.
• Consult and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive alignment toward milestone progress.
• Occasional travel to NORAM labs and sites for site visits.
• Asset inventory project (verifying assets across global facilities) / site visits.
• Long-term planning for sites and budgets for 2025 (the right projects are on the right budget list).
• Make sure sights have inventory and budget.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in computer software (excel and google suite).
• Advanced spreadsheet and date manipulation knowledge (formulas and queries).
• Program management experience.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Understanding of a large program (google, Microsoft, Apple, or other large tech company with labs).
• Previous inventory/budget experience.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
