Job Responsibilities
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for teams on technology partner integrations.
Leverage data to validate and refine training methodologies, ensuring they meet learning objectives and business goals.
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams for integration insights and trends, aiding in continuous curriculum improvement.
Oversee the creation of educational materials, including manuals and walkthroughs, to support team learning and application.
Directly support team members in expanding their integration knowledge and product proficiency, monitoring progress through key performance indicators.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated experience (minimum 6-8 years, ideally 10) in Program or Product Marketing Management, particularly in training and enablement, within the technology field.
A strong customer-oriented approach and a dedication to enhancing user experiences through education and support.
