Program Manager (Housekeeping Operations Manager)

We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to oversee our custodial services program. The ideal candidate will have a background in housekeeping management, commercial cleaning, and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of custodial staff
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train and mentor staff on cleaning techniques
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleaning standards
• The PM or the alternate shall respond within 30 minutes to a telephone inquiry by the COR
• The PM shall be trained in the requirements of all applicable OSHA, EPA, and other Federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding the equipment and materials that will be encountered in the performance of the work
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or commercial cleaning
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• The PM shall possess seven years of recent (within 10 years) supervisory experience in managing and directing large housekeeping operations of 25 or more employees

Pay: $56,298.00 - $67,799.74 per year
