Our very established and respected client in the Kansas City area is seeking a Program Manager. This hybrid role requires three days on-site and two days remote work per week.


You will oversee every phase of the project lifecycle, which encompasses tasks such as creating the project plan, initiating project kickoffs, conducting internal status meetings, and managing the timeline, budget, milestones, and deliverables.


Additionally, you will work with program team to identify risks, plan for risk response and mitigation and proactively monitor risks, issues and resolutions.


High Level Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing and leading the delivery of programs based on product development and/or strategy, as well as developing strategic program plans.


  • An effective communicator, both in writing and verbally, adept at conveying project status, risks, and scope to clients, with strong decision-making and facilitation skills that enhance team collaboration.


  • Proven experience with leading programs in an Agile (Scrum) and/or SAFe framework is a MUST


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS PowerPoint, MS Project and MS Visio


  • Experience with financial management is preferred


  • Experience in dealing with financial product datasets
