Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Program management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall
  • At least 5 Years of as a Project/program Manager or Scrum Master​
  • CSM Certified is nice to have
  • Create project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management
  • Define project plan with Reliability Engineering and Facilities
  • Facilitate, attend, scribe and distribute meeting minutes
  • Provide cutover weekend coordination and communication
  • Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks
  • Reporting & communicate on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
  • Relationship-driven with ability to interact with a wide range of individuals

Experience Required

  • PMP Certification with 1-2 years of working experience as Business Analyst or Developer​
  • Knowledge in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Metrics Insight etc.), streaming technologies.
  • Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure
  • Creative and proactive problem solver

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee project execution by developing and managing detailed project plans, which include scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk, and issue management.
  • Utilize formal project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, to ensure effective and efficient project delivery.
  • Facilitate and attend project meetings, scribe and distribute meeting minutes, and provide comprehensive cutover weekend coordination and communication.
  • Drive project execution by continuously monitoring project status, gathering customer feedback, and identifying potential roadblocks, while reporting on day-to-day activities to stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication of project progress and challenges.
  • Proactively identify and solve project-related issues, demonstrating creativity and resourcefulness in overcoming obstacles and ensuring project success.
  • Effectively manage multiple concurrent assignments, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project needs and priorities, ensuring that the most critical tasks are completed first.
  • Maintain organized and detailed project documentation, ensuring all project actions, decisions, and changes are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Reliability Engineering and Facilities, to define project plans and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Ensure that customer needs and feedback are prioritized and integrated into project plans and execution strategies.
