Define project plan with Reliability Engineering and Facilities
Facilitate, attend, scribe and distribute meeting minutes
Provide cutover weekend coordination and communication
Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks
Reporting & communicate on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders
Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure
Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
Relationship-driven with ability to interact with a wide range of individuals

Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee project execution by developing and managing detailed project plans, which include scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk, and issue management.
Utilize formal project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, to ensure effective and efficient project delivery.
Facilitate and attend project meetings, scribe and distribute meeting minutes, and provide comprehensive cutover weekend coordination and communication.
Drive project execution by continuously monitoring project status, gathering customer feedback, and identifying potential roadblocks, while reporting on day-to-day activities to stakeholders.
Maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication of project progress and challenges.
Proactively identify and solve project-related issues, demonstrating creativity and resourcefulness in overcoming obstacles and ensuring project success.
Effectively manage multiple concurrent assignments, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project needs and priorities, ensuring that the most critical tasks are completed first.
Maintain organized and detailed project documentation, ensuring all project actions, decisions, and changes are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Reliability Engineering and Facilities, to define project plans and ensure successful project outcomes.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project timelines and deliverables.
