You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance our business processes, optimize operations, and elevate our technological capabilities. You will lead cross-functional teams in implementing large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable results. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong track record of successfully managing complex programs and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global transformation programs that drive operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and accelerate business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and regions to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems, working closely with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with business needs.
  • Drive change management efforts to foster a culture of innovation and adoption of new technologies, providing guidance and support to teams throughout the transformation journey.
  • Develop and maintain program governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Monitor program performance against KPIs and metrics, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve program delivery and drive innovation.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in program management, applying insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale global transformation programs from initiation to completion, delivering tangible business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), change management principles, and best practices in technology integration.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams in a global environment, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
