Job Description:

RelieveCare.com is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our platform's capabilities and user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication to provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks
  • Resource Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and customer support, to allocate resources effectively and ensure project requirements are met
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address them
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold the high standards of our platform, conducting regular reviews and testing as necessary
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocations to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and post-project reviews

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in program or project management, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) is highly desirable
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving projects to completion
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and delivery
