Program Manager

McKinley Marketing Partners is working alongside a large retail company and together we are seeking a Program Manager for a 6+ month contract. This person will manage the end to end implementation for our client's self checkout project. You will have proven experience in managing teams to deliver large scale digital projects.

This role is onsite 5 days a week in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to create end to end project plan
• Responsible for defining and executing the project plan, manage stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of initiative
• Maintain detailed program plan, refresh on a regular basis
• Weekly Program Status update highlighting Red/Yellow milestones, risks issues
• Work with scrum masters, product, tech and UX teams and ensure they are on track meeting needs
• Drive accountability across all parties to ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate weekly to executive leadership level to provide updates on key accomplishments/events
• Assist product leaders with budget management

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree minimum, master’s degree would be a plus
• 3-5 + years of experience in project/program management with a technical background and budget management experience
• Advanced skills in MS powerpoint, Excel
• Experience with Smartsheet is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
