Program Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Program Managers with strong backgrounds in supply chain and manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of managing programs within construction, manufacturing, solar, and cloud environments, consistently meeting milestones and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless program execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement within programs.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from team members to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the program team.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on supply chain and manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing programs in construction, manufacturing, solar, and cloud environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Knowledge of solar energy technologies and industry trends.
