THE ROLE:

The Program Management Intern will report into the Vice President Project Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and execute an Internship event.
  • Coordinate bi-weekly calls with all corporate interns.
  • Organize leadership and operating-companies’ speakers for intern meetings.
    • Communicate, collaborate, and cooperate with all departments.
Requirements:

  • Currently pursing a Bachelor's degree
  • Interpersonal skills to handle differing personalities
  • Dynamic, outgoing personality along with a very positive attitude and desire to provide excellent support
  • Ability to interface well with all departments at all levels both internally and externally
  • Ability to work with the appropriate sense of urgency and have a drive for results
  • Highly self-motivated, persistent, dependable, and independent
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
    • Knowledge of a computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
