Insight Global is a staffing company based in Atlanta, GA that aims to develop its people personally, professionally, and financially so that they can be the light to the world around them. We are looking for a Program Director for our training and development organization that will focus on our internal corporate functions.
The Program Director will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering various training and development programs for our employees, including new hire orientation, culture integration, leadership development, and performance management. The Program Director will also oversee the training and development team and collaborate with other departments to align the programs with the strategic objectives of the company.
Responsibilities
Initiate and set goals and strategy for training and development programs according to the company’s vision, mission, and values
Plan the programs from start to finish, including identifying learning objectives, content, methods, resources, timelines, and evaluation criteria
Develop or approve budgets and operations for the training and development organization
Facilitate trainings
Supervise, coach, and mentor the training and development staff and ensure they deliver high-quality programs
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the programs on employee engagement, retention, performance, and satisfaction
Identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions for continuous improvement of the programs
Communicate and promote the programs to internal stakeholders and solicit feedback
Ensure the programs align with corporate goals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, organizational development, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
Proven experience as a program director or a senior training and development manager in a corporate setting
Thorough understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design techniques, and evaluation methods
Excellent knowledge of various training delivery models, such as classroom, E-Learning, blended, etc.
Working knowledge of MS Office and learning management systems (LMS)
A strong passion for developing people and fostering a positive culture
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
