Serves as project director for 2 federally-funded research projects investigating language impairment and math and reading achievements, oversees the long-term and day-to-day setting of and monitoring progress towards project deliverables; hires and supervises field assessors/coordinators, research assistants, and other project staff; assists local project director in management and leadership of project team (e.g. field assessors, research assistants); coordinates with research partners at other universities and collaborates with Nationwide Children's Hospital research staff; implements family and child data collection; develops and maintains relationship with schools, clinics families, and other collaborators; oversees human subject reports and compliance; prepares annual and monthly reports; supports Principal investigator in achieving all projects deliverables; performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with a Major in psychology or biology. 3 years of relevant experience required.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in psychology, human development, biology, computer science, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required; considerable knowledge of education administration and principles is required; considerable experience in program planning and administration is required;: doctoral degree may be desired for some positions.
