Job Description

About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Program Delivery Manager, the Program Delivery Manager will play a critical role in the delivery of a portfolio of professional certificate programs and accelerated leadership programs in partnership with top-ranked universities.


This role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our programs. The successful candidate will focus on driving learner satisfaction, learner completion and online delivery at scale. This role requires a process-oriented and detail-oriented person who has a passion for making a difference.


As we operate in a fast-moving environment, this role will work with a great deal of autonomy and flexibility, while being supported by a collaborative, global team.


How you will make an impact:

Partnership Management

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders by maintaining healthy relationships across Outreach, Admissions, Design, and University Partnerships.
  • Provide relevant information on the health of the program to cross-functional stakeholders, and to university partners.
  • Provide detailed feedback to stakeholders on the quality of the online program elements and their impact on participant experience.


Program Management

  • Own and effectively manage the learner (customer) journey, focused on satisfaction and completion.
  • Provide exceptional support at-scale and engage “at-risk” participants.
  • Drive efforts to help discover program insights and respond to changing learner expectations and needs.
  • Responsible for key performance indicators that measure and track learner engagement, escalation process, and customer delight.
  • Coordinate guest speaker sessions, mentorship activities, and other program delivery elements.
  • Oversee a team of Course Leaders including onboarding, coordinating schedules, and timely response to participants.


Project Management

  • Propose and develop solutions to continuously improve the overall learner experience.
  • Coordinate with Senior Program Delivery Manager on course leader budgeting and hiring.
  • Work cross-functionally and proactively to improve program delivery processes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4-7 years of experience in managing and scaling learner/customer experience.
  • Experience working within the education industry preferred.
  • Passion for learner centricity, learner success, and impact through education.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
  • Growth mindset with a comfort level navigating change and building processes.
  • Ability to operate independently as part of a remote team in a way that cultivates trust and builds strong relationships.
  • The ability to execute and influence across a fast-paced, high growth global organization.


Compensation and Benefits:

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The compensation for this position ranges from $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Pay will be determined on several factors including but not limited to location, skills, experience and may vary from the range listed above. Additional compensation includes industry leading benefits Emeritus provides, such as a comprehensive benefits package, 401K savings plan, company holidays, flexible PTO, parental leave, and education benefits just to name a few.
