Program Coordinator Pay range is $23.00/hour to $25.00/hour depending on experience
Living Legends is looking for a well-organized Program Coordinator to work with our Chief Engagement Officer. This role will contribute to the collective success of the program management team. The program coordinator works to support program managers with administrative, organizational and logistical tasks. They use various skills to update and organize documents, schedule meetings, take detailed notes, track team progress, and foster effective collaboration among program team members.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Creating timelines, milestones, and deliverables to contribute to effective program planning.
Following up on the progress of action items and other tasks and reporting to the program manager.
Supporting team members in completing their tasks to ensure they meet milestones.
Updating and organizing program files, such as meeting minutes and progress reports.
Using Microsoft Office software to maintain schedules, systems and process flows.
Scheduling meetings, conference calls, and program-related functions with team members.
Observing the team's performance and providing detailed updates to the program manager.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of a structured educational curriculum for manager/leadership development programs.
Assisting in the preparation and creation of program presentations, education and reports.
Conducting research and gathering data to support program initiatives and to further the growth of the program management department.
Assisting the program manager with the creation of structured operational and educational systems utilized by the program management team.
Facilitating communication among team members and liaising with the program manager.
Providing administrative support to program managers when necessary.
Seeking opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations.
Writing and distributing program-related messages, such as memos and status updates.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams that include a diverse range of personalities and skills.
Qualifications
College degree preferred
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented
Adaptable to an environment that experiences frequent change
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Comfort and ability to work with abstract concepts and out of the box ideas
Open to looking beyond the status quo in order to create new ways of working
Desire to make a difference in other people’s lives and contribute to a cause bigger than yourself
