Robert Half is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our client's team in the West Metro area. This role will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and driving organizational success at a strategic level. The ideal candidate will excel in leading high-level meetings and implementing efficient processes to foster growth and operational excellence within the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize operational processes.
  • Implement a comprehensive onboarding process to facilitate new employees' seamless integration into the company.
  • Lead leadership and staff meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting notes, and capturing key takeaways.
  • Maintain a system to track meeting outcomes and action item status, ensuring regular updates to leadership.
  • Update communication lists for product launches and manufacturer price changes to ensure timely information dissemination.
  • Collaborate with inside and outside sales teams to oversee RMAs, co-op requests, and other administrative tasks for efficient operations.
  • Coordinate, track, and compile monthly job tracking reports to aid leadership in decision-making.
  • Manage warranty and co-op claims by liaising with manufacturers to ensure timely resolutions and payments.
  • Anticipate future projects and events, providing detailed schedules and updates to internal teams.
  • Organize logistics for company events and meetings, ensuring timely updates and detailed schedules to internal teams.
  • Enhance and manage social media presence to increase organizational visibility.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly SharePoint, and experience with Smartsheet.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems is required.
  • Prior experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is highly desired.
  • 2+ years of experience as a program coordination or similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proven track record in project management, from planning through to successful execution.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative, drive projects forward, and problem-solve effectively.
