Position Summary

This position performs administrative functions for the nutraMetrix Division and Product Management Department, and provides customer service for nutraMetrix Consultants, Health Professionals, prospective nutraMetrix Business partners and customers. Jobholder will be able to perform all nutraMetrix duties but may primarily conduct specific functions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and answers emailed questions/calls and provides prompt and thorough responses to UnFranchise Owners’ requests regarding nutraMetrix related issues and events.
  • Coordinates with nutraMetrix Program and Health Content Coordinator for updates on nutraMetrix White Papers to apply in PIM.
  • Updates PIM system for nutraMetrix by updating and/or correcting website code issues/errors.
  • Coordinates updates on nutraMetrix product labels.
  • Updates or creates new and existing product flyers for new and existing products for nutraMetrix by identifying where nutraMetrix product names/codes and HP specific language should appear in nutraMetrix literature.
  • Updates or creates new and existing product flyers for new and existing products in Chinese and Spanish for nutraMetrix by identifying where nutraMetrix product names/codes and HP specific language should appear in nutraMetrix literature.
  • Maintains filing systems and JIRAs.
  • Coordinates special nutraMetrix product/Product Management projects.
  • Audits nutraMetrix website for accuracy and corrects discrepancies.
  • Attends Product Manager, nutraMetrix and other meetings as needed.
  • Reports on updates for new or existing products and inventory.
  • Audits UnFranchise Support Materials and replaces outdated material.
  • Routes nutraMetrix code sheets for new products.
  • Assists Product Management with nutraMetrix Product launches.
  • Cover for other nutraMetrix related duties when needed.
  • Coordinates and oversees efforts of special nutraMetrix projects to ensure timely completion and success.
  • Travels to nutraMetrix and/or Market America events and participates in event details and booth activities.
  • Special Projects – as assigned by Director of nutraMetrix and Clinical Education, Director of Sales and Training, and Directors of Sales and Field Development.
  • Makes budgetary recommendations, as needed.
  • Complies with company policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as needed.

  • UnFranchise Services, Legal/Compliance Department, Science Department, Quality Control Department, Creative Services, Events, MIS, Data Services, Accounting, UnFranchise Owners, nutraMetrix Consultants, Health Professionals, and nutraMetrix Prospective Business Partners and customers.


Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None; but may direct and/or train other workers.


Education And Experience

  • Associate Degree or higher
  • Three to four years combined experience in administration, project coordination, customer service, sales, or marketing.
  • Or a combination of equivalent education, experience, and/or training.


Skills

  • Proficient use of MS office Products, Intranet, and Computer Systems.
  • Moderate levels of English reading comprehension, writing, and speaking; customer service; and judgment.
  • Above moderate levels of active listening, critical thinking, and organization.


Working Conditions and Environment

  • Intermittently lift, carry, pull, and push up to 40 pounds.
  • Continuously see and have balance.
  • Frequently hear, talk, sit, grasp, and have repetitive use of arms, wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Intermittently stand, stoop/bend, twist, crouch, kneel, crawl, walk on level and uneven surfaces, operate foot and hand controls, squeeze, and reach above shoulders.
  • Exposure to electrical equipment, medium noise levels, and moderate indoor temperatures.
  • Consistent use of computer.
  • Occasional long or odd hours.
  • During events, intermittent working conditions may increase occasionally.
