To join our team as a Program Coordinator in our New Castle, PA office. The Program Coordinator will serve a key role in facilitating the flow of information between CLEAResult staff, clients and customers. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, self-motivated, go-getters who are responsible, accountable and reliable to meet our customer’s and client’s needs!

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

  • Bill completed home energy evaluations, including work performed by weatherization crews
  • Schedule home energy evaluations
  • Review project documentation to ensure accuracy and completion.
  • Be highly detailed and independent in exercising judgment for matters concerning project execution, data storage, and data organization.
  • Enter, modify and track data via multiple web-based applications
  • Ensure data in web-based applications are up-to-date and accurate
  • Identify and escalate customer concerns to the appropriate supervisors

  • Previous relevant industry experience preferred but training will be provided
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience
  • Highly organized with close attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication

Compensation Range

$17.40 - $26.00
