Position Summary: The Professional Services Implementation Manager II plays a crucial role in leading and managing the successful execution of complex implementation projects for the organization's clients. This position requires a skilled project management professional with a deep understanding of client engagement, team leadership, and technical solutions to drive the delivery of high-quality services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
0 Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation strategies.
0 Ensure adherence to project management best practices, quality standards, and established processes.
0 Act as the primary point of contact for key clients during the implementation process, building strong relationships and managing client expectations.
0 Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
0 Provide regular project updates to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
0 Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful integration, configuration, and deployment of solutions that meet client requirements.
0 Provide guidance on technical challenges and contribute to solution design discussions.
0 Proactively identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
0 Address project-related issues promptly, working with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions.
0 Collaborate with sales, account management, product, and support teams to ensure alignment on project scope, goals, and requirements.
0 Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among different departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
0 Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change requests, and client communications.
0 Provide regular project updates and performance reports to senior management.
Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications:
0 Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
0 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience.
0 Proven experience in project management, professional services, or a related field.
0 Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
0 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
0 Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
0 Technical background with an understanding of software solutions and implementation processes.
0 Ability to analyze complex problems, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions.
0 Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation for projects.
