Willing to oversee and manage 3-4 crew chiefs at a time when needed
Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title review
Perform detailed research at town, county, and state levels
Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, aerial photographs, and other materials to identify potential project constraints and the best approach in developing and completing projects on time and on budget
Perform calculations of quantities and volumes
Communicate with crew chiefs daily to ensure each job is on schedule to be delivered
Communicate with our operations team daily
Collaborate with drafting managers, design staff, and operations team to provide status updates, discuss challenges, and address plan revisions
Use Quickbase to log job statuses for every drafter and job
Requirements
Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
Proficient with AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey
Field and office experience
Detail oriented
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to take direction and grow with the company
