The Opportunity

Qualifications
Minimum 20 years of experience in banking or lending
Proven experience delivering training in both in-person and virtual settings
Engaging teaching style with a strong presence
Dedication to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive learning environment
Proficiency with virtual technology and equipment (e.g., virtual platforms, audio/video equipment)
Access to reliable equipment including a laptop, webcam, operating system, and speakers
Private, conducive physical space for virtual instruction with a stable internet connection
Commitment to a long-term partnership with our organization
Willingness to invest time in learning our content and offerings
