Primary Purpose

  • To act as single point of contact to TWC and PD Centers to help lead professional and distance and digital learning for the Adult Education programs.

Qualifications

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited university
  • Certificate or license in appropriate field preferred

Special Knowledge/Skills

  • Ability to provide support on various digital learning platforms.
  • Ability to coordinate professional development activities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
  • Ability to interpret policy, procedures and data

Experience

  • A minimum of one year experience in administration
  • A minimum of three years area specific experience

Major Responsibilities And Duties

  • Collaborate with PD Center Staff to ensure that the program’s professional development needs are met.
  • Coordinate, plan, and implement professional development events to ensure staff meets professional development requirements.
  • Provide weekly reports to management team on selected program professional development and digital learning metrics.
  • Develop and maintain digital documentation of professional development records for program compliance and audits.
  • Work with PD Center staff and other program staff to develop a strategic PD plan for continuous improvement.
  • Support Distance Learning, Digital Navigation, Digital Literacy, and other Educational Technology efforts for the program.
  • Provide support in the registration and placement of students in classes as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
