Parallel Employment Group is seeking a motivated Production Worker to join our team. Our client is based in Delavan, WI. We are now hiring on all shifts (shift premiums available for 2nd and 3rd shift)!
As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery and assembling products in a fast-paced and precise manner.
1st shift: 6am-4pm Monday- Thursday
2nd shift: 4p-2am Monday-Thursday
3rd shift: 10pm-6am Sunday- Wednesday
Starting Wage: $17-$19/hr DOE, (shift premiums available for 2nd and 3rd shift)!
Responsibilities
Operating machinery
Assembling products with a high level of attention to detail and quality, Install slip yoke, Install u-joints and snap rings
Grease all moving components
Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications
Use of power tools
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Keeping detailed records of materials used and products produced
Collaborating with team members and supervisors to continuously improve production processes
Requirements
Blue print, router, and job spec knowledge
Computer Skills
Good mathematical skills
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to retain information
Good dexterity with fingers and hands
Experience
1-3 years of experience
