LA is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to join our Production team to direct and monitor the flow of creative materials and resources through the company. The traffic coordinator's responsibilities include managing and developing project timelines and production schedules in collaboration with our cross-departmental teams for all projects while identifying potential issues that may disrupt work schedules.
This is a remote, work from home, position.
What You’ll Do:
Organize and update deadlines and creative workflows on simultaneous projects
Work closely with Producers and Creatives to coordinate the delivery of assets
Coordinate client onboarding; create documentation, manage group email communication, monitor deadlines, and create project rollout plans
Work closely with all teams to ensure project timelines are followed, vendor specifications are accurately provided, deliverables are met, and clients are updated
Optimize project workflow and generate reporting regularly for management and clients
Conduct daily and/or weekly status meetings with producers and creatives to align on most urgent priorities
Support the client facing needs; update and communicate changes necessary for clients with all department projects, tracking time and quantity of changes
What You’ll Bring:
1+ years of administrative and/or coordination experience or 1 or more internships with a creative/ad agency
Highly organized and highly adaptable as well as extremely detail-oriented and meticulous in your organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing needs per client’s creative or legal requirements
Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality agreements
Must be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively
Strong oral and written communication skills
Entertainment marketing experience a plus
Proficiency in Photoshop is a plus
The Perks:
The starting base compensation range for this position in the selected city is approximately$18-$20/hr. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, location, prior experience, and education

The role demands adept management of multiple projects concurrently, necessitating the ability to prioritize effectively and seamlessly transition between tasks while upholding meticulous attention to detail
