THE WORK

This position is for a production test technician within Production Operations for the DDG program. We perform production testing in our Orlando facility. Works closely with manufacturing, quality, OETs and support team to ensure the quality of each product.

Specific Responsibilities Include

• Working to test procedures to test hardware.
• Testing rack level assemblies, lower-level assemblies, and cables.
• Troubleshooting rack level assemblies, lower-level assemblies, and cables.
• Collaborating with engineers, technicians, and other team members to solve production problems and improve processes.
• Compiles data and helps to define changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams to determine the appropriate components and test procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Meeting production goals and quotas while maintaining high levels of quality.
  
  

Who We Are

Our functional group, the Operations Program Management team, is composed of ~30 professionals with a range of skill and experience. Our team serves as Control Account Managers (CAMs) responsible for material budget and operations labor scope. We are leaders in this organization who are the primary interfaces between line of business Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality or other company functions for production, development, and capture programs for Production Operations. We ensure seamless support throughout the production process, ensuring successful delivery of contracted projects for our valued customers. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that the TLS factories and their programs operate on schedule and meet commitments. We drive momentum through action, and focus on the small wins while driving towards the overall objectives.
