Position Title: Production Technician
Department: Supply Chain/Warehouse
Reports to: Production Manager
Key areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
Vet/Dental InventoryTechnology hardware & software systems assembly/set up/disassembly
Software data sync: Windows upgrades, LogMeIn installation, Etc
Vet/Dental InventoryCabinet/Equipment refurbishment, cleaning, and repair
Logistics auditing; preparing system orders for freight shipment, receiving and inspecting inbound shipments
Managing vendor product returns
Maintaining accurate digital and physical records
Ability to operate forklift, pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment
Participate in organization and audit of warehouse inventory and efficiency
Comply with all laws, OSHA, Insurance, HR, and Safety
Requirements
2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, production/warehouse environment
Windows knowledge, preferred
Proficient in standard ERP software (Netsuite, Salesforce, other)
Forklift certification, preferred
Self-starter, with excellent time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
Ability to thrive in an agile and fast-paced work environment
Basic technical skills and enjoy working with your hands
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Other Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours
Ability to operate hand tools and small components
Ability to work in high-volume areas
