Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
At least 5 plus years of experience in Unix, Linux, Windows, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, MariaDB, Apache, Tomcat, PCF Cloud, Shell, Python, FTP, SFTP, SAMBA, NFS, Boot-FS and Java
Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace and MoogSoft.
At least 5 plus years of experience in production support activities, application/platform monitoring
Good analytical, articulation and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery environment.
