Production Supervisor - Third Shift

Our client is a growing Manufacturing/Distribution Company who’s looking to hire a talented Production Supervisor to manage their newly implemented third-shift team. This is an ON-SITE role at their facility located in the Spartanburg South Carolina area. This is a fun, stable, and healthy company that has a family/team-centered culture. Third-Shift Production Supervisor – Spartanburg:

• Must have a minimum 2+ years of experience in production management
• This is a very hands-on role that requires a reliable self-starter with some mechanical acumen and the ability to operate a forklift.
• Will be managing a small production team running one production line during the new third-shift which starts at 10 PM and runs to 6 AM Sunday through Thursday
• Prepares work schedules, expedite workflow, estimate man-hours needed and ensure work completion within schedule
• Inspects products for QA, maintains plants cleanliness, directs set-up, adjustments and maintenance of machines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required including the ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures manuals
• Salary is likely $68K – $78K base salary + Bonus potential, Benefits including 401k match and PTO
