Duties and Responsibilities:

• On site Supervisor/Control Tower and POC for Global Production manager.
• Passively Supervise CM production lines for plan Execution.
• Actively Collaborate on Problems Solving with CM’s Production Supervisors, Engineering, Quality
• Supervise and ensure compliance of EHS procedures and regulations.
• Monitor key metrics covering efficiencies, labor, productivity, quality and delivery.
• Interface and collaboration with other disciplines managers – Engineering, Quality, Supply chain, Maintenance, HR, IT/IS

Qualifications:

• Education: Engineering BA or other relevant field.
• At least 5 years' experience as production manager.
• Deep know-how knowledge in production processes / procedures.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to grasp new concepts / processes easily.
• Attention to detail to ensure high level of quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
