Salary: $60-65K

Schedule: 3rd shift - Weekend

What’s a typical day as a Production Supervisor? You’ll be:

• Communicating job expectations and coaching employees to accomplish manufacturing results.

• Monitoring workflow and implementing cost reductions to improve efficiency.

• Ensuring operation of equipment and evaluating new techniques.

• Scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, and resolving problems.

• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment and complying with company rules and procedures.

• Building and maintaining a working relationship with the union.

• Analyzing data, investigating issues, and recommending solutions.

• Conducting performance appraisals and corrective action counseling.

• Working effectively with others in a team-based environment.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school/trade school diploma with five (5) years of related experience.

• Have previous supervisory experience.

• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

• Are analytically problem-solving and multi-task-oriented.

• Have the ability to work independently and with others.

• Are a self-starter and able to prioritize tasks.

• Have knowledge of ERP systems.

• Are able to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
