Essential Roles And Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and package products on the production line according to established procedures.
• Assembly of both mechanical sub-assemblies and electronic components
• Document and report completed part totals
• Use soldering machines to execute heated thread inserts
• Assembling connectors while identifying correct gauge sizing
• Maintain tooling and equipment per work instructions
• Hand Soldering wiring, SMT, and TH components
• Perform Quality Checks on completed devices and parts
• Maintain a clean workstation at all times
• Abide by all safety protocols
• Proficient in working with small tools and equipment.
• Adept at preparing products and moving boxes for inventory and shipment.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth production flow.

Preferred Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Basic knowledge of soldering processes and techniques (some will be taught on site)
• Ability to follow instructions both verbally and written
• Great hand eye coordination
• Mechanically or electronically inclined
• Continually seek to improve work processes and individual performance.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills in English with good communication skills.
