This position assembles various products by utilizing hands and a variety of machines/tools.
Essential Functions
Ability to run various machines in the operation, for example, but not limited to: winders, presses, AMP machine, soldering equipment, testing equipment, laser machines, injection mold machine, etc...
Ability to solder and use of a microscope.
Ability to hand assemble products, for example, but not limited to: creasing, folding, snipping, housings, taping, etc..
Participate in Gemba Kaizan initiatives.
Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, routers, BOMs, etc..
Responsible for 100% of inspection of own work.
Miscellaneous duties as required.
Competencies
Excellent eyesight is a must.
Excellent eye/hand coordination. Manual dexterity a must.
Close attention to detail is a must as operations performed are intricate and tedious.
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Must be quality conscious.
Must be fine detail oriented.
Work Environment: Climate controlled
