About The Job
Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Production Manager to join the Visual merchandising team. This team leader will partner with the Production Director onsite for specific projects including but not limited to the rollout of Windows for the Americas.
As the Production Manager, you will champion high-profile projects in large-scale retail installations while collaborating cross-functionally with multiple departments, ensuring flawless planning, oversight and execution.

The ideal candidate is transformative leader equipped with extensive experience in visual merchandising, retail environments, or related design fields like interior design or architecture. Your track record showcases an ability to lead complex in-store projects across diverse locations. Your exceptional interpersonal skills enable you to juggle priorities admirably amidst tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
Strategic, problem solving and self-sufficient profiles with full understanding of Louis Vuitton's vision, displaying agility and flexibility to achieve results in a fast pace and dynamic environment are ideal.
Availability for overnight work when required is essential—as is the physical ability to handle merchandise up to 50 pounds.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $90,000-$105,000 annually plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.

- Spearhead local fragrance campaigns and Maison installations with meticulous attention to detail—ensuring alignment with global directives and local nuances.
- Facilitate client engagement through innovative window displays that go beyond traditional visual merchandising.
- Lead all aspects of local prop creation, addressing unique market needs while maintaining brand integrity.
- Mentor teams by providing leadership that balances day-to-day project management with strategic foresight.
- Be present on-site during phases of installation to guarantee precision in presentation and function.
