Trinity's client, a globally recognized chemicals and fine food ingredients company, has a new direct hire role in the Milwaukee area. This is an onsite position.
You will be accountable for overseeing the wet and dry production areas at our sites in Germantown and Menomonee Falls, WI. These sites are core to out taste strategy. The position reports to the Site Director.

Your key responsibilities
Lead a team of 6 direct reports, who have responsibility for the safe operations and production scheduling of a building
Ensure that safety, quality and environmental standards are maintained in each unit and provide leadership to maintain a strong safety culture
Set targets for department, putting meaningful KPIs for production in place and ensure adequate management reporting of the department performance, ensuring department goals and objectives are met by managing resources and priorities
Coordinate and adjust the production plans for all products

You bring
Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing role required; experience in a GMP/food ingredients manufacturing a plus
3 years of experience directly managing others required
Building and maintaining a “safety first” culture
Ability to generate and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives
Good leadership, results orientation, time management and problem solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
