Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for the manufacturing of components for an aerospace manufacturer, ensuring KPIs are achieved such as schedule adherence, quality, budget, productivity, profitability, and on-time delivery to customers. TIG Welding or CNC experience is a plus. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. This role leads 50 to 60 direct and indirect team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate the production process and achieve KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Contribute to production planning and budgeting including labor.
• Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Implement engineering changes.
• Maintain a safe production environment.
• Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a technical related field preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a plant setting.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies.
