This position will provide a high level of leadership for the employees and drive the overall performance while ensuring a safe work environment, profitable growth, outstanding customer service, and employee development. Responsible for Operations, Continuous Improvement, and Safety.


Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years in mfg, 5+ years in leadership
  • Led a team of at least 120
  • LSS training and practical application
  • Prior work in metal fabrication
  • US Citizen or green card holder
