Ideal Candidate Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a warehousing or production environment in a leadership role
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related area
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual; English/Spanish strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Develop action plans with management team to achieve budget, goals, and targets
Administer production schedules to ensure accurate inventory and cost-effective labor
Implement programs to reduce waste and improve productivity
Coordinate department activities to maintain high productivity
Identify and initiate quality improvement activities
Develop and assist in employee training, including cross-training, and provide consistent feedback
Foster an environment conducive to employee participation and team development
Ensure readiness for customer visits and audits
Maintain productivity, safety, and accuracy standards
Resolve operational and maintenance issues to minimize costs and delays
Manage staff responsibilities and maintain vendor and customer relationships
Maintain equipment and automation for optimal efficiency
